Orgment Consulting’s Quality Policy

Orgment Consulting provides quality professional services that provide practical, reliable, cost effective and sustainable solutions for its Clients.

In order to ensure that the quality of these services are maintained and improved, Orgment Consulting has implemented a Quality Management System.

The Quality Management System requires that:

  • We gain a clear understanding of the requirements for each assignment we undertake to ensure that the solution we deliver meets with our Clients expectations;
  • Our work is properly planned, executed and managed to ensure that our services are delivered in a manner which enhances our professional standing;
  • Management reviews are undertaken and feedback is sought on the services that we deliver to ensure the expectations of our Clients are achieved and continuous improvement of our services are maintained;
  • Competent staff are assigned to undertake the work and that opportunities are provided to allow staff to broaden their skills and achieve job satisfaction through training and by undertaking more complex and challenging work under proper supervision;
  • We comply with all legal and statutory requirements and operate within the policy and standards of our Clients;
  • Management reviews the quality objectives on a regular basis to ensure the continuing suitability of Orgment Consulting’s Quality Management Systems.

The assurance of Quality is fundamental to all work undertaken by Orgment Consulting and members of our Team are to adhere to the requirements of the Quality Management System for all assignments undertaken by Orgment Consulting and to maintain records to demonstrate that the Quality Management System has been followed.
