- Led business engagement and communications by providing and implementing change and communication strategies to assist with a business wide transition in regards to health and safety documentation.
- Responsible for managing the change in the merger and transition of an affected Client workforce to a SAP Release 3 environment through effective communication and coaching support, ensuring SAP alignment and readiness for SAP Release 4.
- Led the Client’s Change Leadership team in managing communications and business engagement on the SAP Release 3 environment project.
- Developed, executed and monitored Organisational Change Management (OCM) strategy for a first tier global mining Client’s key accommodation project in the Pilbara region.
- Supported implementation of the integrated communications strategy and detailed engagement plan. Supported the stakeholder engagement process.
- Managed all of the organisational change management aspects covering the requirement for all of the affected owner-operated mines to simplify, standardise and sustain their mining operations, following the Client’s acquisition of a large contract mining organisation.
- Led and delivered the full lifecycle of all organisational change management activities associated with the Client’s End-to-End Visibility Program.
- Designed and led the organisational change management work stream of “Owner Operator” program to integrate an acquired contract mining services organisation into the Client’s Iron Ore business.
- Provided leadership in the integration of a Contract Mine, into the WA Iron Ore operations of a first tier global miner.
- Supported the execution and management of a first tier global miner’s contract mining services across the WA Iron Ore operations.
- Responsible as lead for the development of Contract and Procurement Strategy and supporting Procurement Plans for a vast range of complex services for the Client, including a range of human services in the fields of professional delivery and service environments.
- Managed the commercial closure of key operational assets within the portfolio of a first tier global miner.
- Provided dispute management and litigation management on behalf of first tier global miner in a number of non-performing service contracts.
- Led the organisational change management for the implementation of the Sustaining Capital Execution Effectiveness Plan and implementation of a revised Capital Investment Process across the Client’s Iron Ore Business.
- Led the organisational change management for the implementation of an ore tracking and inventory management project. This project had exposure across all WA based sites, including delivery of two operational systems impacting 600 end users.
- Provided strategic direction and support to the Client’s business in the development of their operational model, processes and services to manage the transition from a project to an operational environment.
- Developed a mining operator strategy for the Client’s South-East Asian operations.
- Led the change management for a strategic review of end-to-end demand chain mining processes and technical systems, significantly contributing to the development and approval of significantly high value business case.
- Managed the development of a Telecommunications Strategy for the Client’s West Australian mining operations. Managed the transformation of the IT Outsourced Services Agreement, via a program of 13 projects and Australian-wide program team.
- Provided Mine to Market coordination, leading a team of internal mining professionals in the development of strategies to streamline and optimise mining and production end-to-end processes, using Lean and “Theory of constraints” principles.
- Led the implementation of the integrated communications strategy and detailed engagement plan.
- Led the organisational change management for transition from contractor miner to owner miner for large South-East Asian gold & copper mine.
- Managed all aspects of organisational change management for an enterprise wide IT transformation that will deliver significant cost saving through a standardised and simplified IT environment.
- Managed the commercial closure of key operational assets within the portfolio of a first tier global miner.
- As the Business Improvement Program Manager to a key second tier miner, provided support to a team of in-house business improvement champions to facilitate the identification and implementation of improvement opportunities across the spectrum of operations.
