• Conducted both ‘as is’ and ‘future state’ process mapping across multiple business units as part of a Business Reporting Reform project.

• Worked with senior management to assess and analyse existing operational activities to evaluate the opportunity to capitalise upon various operational models specifically with the view of leveraging shared service functions. Responsible also for leading the team reviewing the HR and Payroll functions.
