HOW WE HAVE HELPED

• Lead the project for the transformation of higher education service offerings in alignment with the vision of Murdoch University.

• Led the transition activities for an Australian Financial Institution during the establishment of an Offshore Development Centre in India.

• Conducted a “current state” review, modelling of “future state” options and produced the transition program & delivery plan for the Procurement and Logistics function of the Client’s business. This included mapping and defining all internal and cross-functional processes and workflows, gap analysis, stakeholder and change management.
